Aviv Tzidon
Chairman of the Board
Aviv Tzidon served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of BVR Systems from October 1998 after the spin-off of BVR Systems from BVR Technologies Ltd. (BVRTF.OB) until April 2000 and was a co-founder of BVR Technologies Ltd.

 

Ilan Gillies
President and Chief Executive Officer
Ilan Gillies has been with the BVR Group since 1995 and served as Managing Director of BVR Systems Pacific Pte Ltd, a Singaporean subsidiary of the company from 1998 until 2004.

 

Reuven Shahar
Vice President Finance and CFO
Reuven Shahar was appointed as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer on July 1, 2000. From 1995 through June 2000, he was Treasurer, Director of Finance of Elisra Electronic Systems Ltd. From 1990 to 1995, he was the Head of the Economic Staff in the Defense Division of Elisra. He previously held various positions at Elisra commencing in 1984. Mr. Shahar holds a B.A. in business management from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem and a MBA from Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration in Tel Aviv University.

 

Dekel Tzidon
Vice President Development and CTO
Dekel Tzidon (B.Sc. Computer Engineering) joined RTSET in 1995 and served as R&D Engineer and IP Manager. In 1997 he moved to BVR serving as a Senior Systems Engineer, IP Manager and Head of the Technology Group. Since 2001 Dekel served as Senior Systems Engineer in COMVIEW, and from 2002 he has worked as a Systems Engineer and IP Consultant to a number of Hi-Tech companies including BVR.

 

Yoav Ben-Shem
Vice President Marketing and Sales

Mr. Ben-Shem joined BVR in 1996 and has served in different positions in the company, including Project Manage and Director, Simulators Division. Between 2000 and 2004 Mr. Ben-Shem served in business development positions in several telecommunication companies such as Amdocs and TTI Telecom. In 2004 he joined BVR again and served as Director of Product management and from February 1, 2008 as Director of Business Development. Mr. Ben-Shem holds a B.A in Economy and Business Management and an M.B.A both from the Recanti School of Business Administration in Tel-Aviv University.
